About the role
- Managing customer relationships, promoting and selling company products, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Both sales and product management responsibilities, including managing regional agents and representatives
- Handling confidential and time-sensitive information while supporting efficient office and sales operations
- Travel 50%–75% of the time to identify prospective customers and assess their needs
- Collaborate with internal teams and follow-up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing or manufacturing sales
- Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
