Mentorship and guidance for other designers, strengthening craft and collaboration across the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of product design experience in fintech or other scaled consumer products
Proven track record of shipping high-impact features or products used by large audiences
Strong portfolio demonstrating both deep problem-solving and long-term, systems-level thinking
Experience launching new products or major features, from early stages through iteration
Deep expertise in mobile-first design
Strong visual design paired with practical UX judgment
Fluency in Figma and modern design workflows
Actively pursuing fluency in new AI design tools and workflows
Clear, effective communication with cross-functional partners
