Lead product strategy for Dave’s member growth lifecycle, including activation, engagement, and multi-product adoption
Guide and grow a team of product managers responsible for funnel optimization, personalization, and subscription or incentive mechanics
Develop experimentation frameworks that help the team test ideas quickly while generating reliable learning
Use cohort analysis and behavioral data to identify opportunities that improve activation, retention, and long-term member value
Partner closely with marketing to strengthen the product and martech foundation supporting user acquisition and lifecycle engagement
Shape cross-product experiences that help members discover the next most valuable step in their relationship with Dave

Requirements

8+ years in product management within consumer products; fintech experience strongly preferred
4+ years leading product managers or cross-functional product teams
Proven track record driving measurable growth outcomes such as activation, retention, cross-sell, or lifetime value
Experience leading product-led growth initiatives, including experimentation, funnel optimization, or personalization
Experience scaling growth in a multi-product consumer platform
Strong analytical fluency; comfort working directly with data and experimentation frameworks (SQL experience preferred)
Experience partnering closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data organizations to deliver product outcomes
