About the role
- You'll own full-cycle recruiting primarily for Engineering and Data - the technical roles that power Dave's product development.
- Think Software Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and similar positions, with opportunities to support other functions as the business grows.
- You'll build pipelines, run searches end-to-end, and be accountable for hiring outcomes.
- You'll work within a clear hiring system with defined standards and structured processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting for Engineering and Data roles.
- Demonstrated experience in high-velocity and high-volume recruiting environments.
- Strong sourcing fundamentals - you know how to find technical talent without solely relying on tools. Boolean logic is something you utilize across a variety of platforms.
- Experience managing end-to-end hiring processes independently, including, but not limited to: requisition kickoffs, sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation, and closing.
- Comfortable working within structured processes and evaluation frameworks.
- Clear communicator with strong follow-through.
- Bonus: Ashby or modern ATS experience.
