About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the implementation of a new global job grading system, including data preparation, documentation, and coordination
  • Assist with job architecture and job evaluation activities
  • Prepare presentations, reports, templates, and communication materials
  • Help maintain and organize Total Rewards data and documentation
  • Support HR data validation and quality checks
  • Assist the team with ongoing activities and selected projects
  • Gain exposure to People Analytics and HR reporting depending on interests and priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BSc or MSc student in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Structured and accurate way of working
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus
  • Fluent in English and German, written and spoken
  • Interest in compensation, HR data, and global HR processes
  • Enrolled at a university in Switzerland or Germany at the time of the internship
