About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operating and monitoring packaging equipment in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Ensures products are packaged according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Operates washing, packaging, vision inspection, steam sterilizer machines
- Monitors equipment performance and recommends improvements
- Trains new operators and/or trainees as requested
- Promotes safety standards and identifies potential safety risks
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- One month in plant training - TQM, SPC, GMO, SOP’s
- Six months on the job training
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic skills
- Basic computer skills
