About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategic and operational primary point of contact at assigned account
  • Quote creation on existing business
  • Order entry including discreet, blankets, and EDI order management
  • Manage customer survey completion and enter customer quality complaints
  • Assist in carrying out market analyses and observe the development of the competition

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Three to five years related experience and/or training
  • Knowledge of the production and application of elastomer components is preferred
  • Proficient CRM experience preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally and as a team player
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Expert English proficiency (verbal and written)
