Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the financial planning and forecasting processes
Serve as the primary finance contact for the manufacturing and operations team
Oversee, coordinate, and execute month-end close activities
Monitor and analyze key financial and operational performance metrics
Implement and maintain cost control measures
Prepare and present financial information to stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of 10 years of relevant finance experience within a manufacturing environment
Proven experience in a senior finance role
Strong financial modeling, analysis, and reporting skills
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced knowledge of Excel with ability to learn additional systems
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of manufacturing processes and operational metrics
Fluent in English
