About the role
- Lead the financial planning and forecasting processes
- Serve as the primary finance contact for the manufacturing and operations team
- Oversee, coordinate, and execute month-end close activities
- Monitor and analyze key financial and operational performance metrics
- Implement and maintain cost control measures
- Prepare and present financial information to stakeholders
- Support strategic initiatives and projects with financial analysis
- Work across multiple sites in the United States
- Develop the next level of Finance Business Partnering
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant finance experience within a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in a senior finance role
- Strong financial modeling, analysis, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced knowledge of Excel with ability to learn additional systems
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and operational metrics
- Fluent in English
