About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–6 years' experience in CRM/email marketing strategy for eCommerce.
- Practical knowledge of CRM and eCommerce best practices.
- Ability to analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities.
- Proficiency with tools such as Bloomreach Engagement, Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, and BigCommerce.
- Ability to work in an agile environment, including Scrum.
- Bilingual French/English is an asset.
