About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Working closely with the CEO, you will act as the architect of the AI vision.
- Lead and mentor the Task Force (engineers, developers, data scientists).
- Collaborate with department heads to identify automation opportunities.
- Design and oversee large-scale change management strategies.
- Support the sales team with high-level pitches.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in technology or services management, with proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- 3+ years of experience in an agency or consulting environment is required.
- Extensive experience driving large-scale digital or AI transformations.
- Strong understanding of the GenAI ecosystem and its practical applications to solve business problems.
- Proven track record managing high-performing technical and creative teams.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate organizational resistance.
- Experience with public speaking at industry events and writing strategic content.
- Ability to establish immediate credibility with C-level stakeholders.
