About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the entire delivery lifecycle across all service lines (eCommerce, PXM, Data & AI, Design, etc.)
Drive the transition from a time-and-materials model to a fixed-price, outcome-based model.
Integrate AI into production workflows.
Define and enforce KPIs that ensure quality and on-time delivery.
Serve as the point of contact for active client projects and coach Account & Delivery Directors.
Monitor margins across all projects and proactively identify risks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in e-commerce operations or service delivery, including at least 5 years in a leadership/management role.
Proven experience in change management and organizational or technological transformations.
Strong ability to interpret cost structures and financial KPIs to make critical business decisions.
Inspiring leadership with the ability to mobilize and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and AI to improve operational efficiency.
Expertise overseeing delivery of complex e-commerce projects and specialized services (PXM, PIM, data).
Professional working proficiency in English required; strong French language skills are highly desirable.
