Business Development Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the sales strategy and execute day-to-day work to drive growth
- Manage and drive key sales channels, focusing on securing new partnerships and contracts
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their challenges and proposing tailored AI/ML solutions
- Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement to close
- Identify and build new industry sectors for dida's services
- Propose and develop new ideas, processes, or sales approaches to increase brand visibility
- Integrate ML Scientists into sales activities, translating their technical achievements into persuasive proposals
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least three (3) years of proven experience in Sales or a related field
- Experience in Sales related to technical products or IT services is a strong bonus
- Academic degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or a technical degree, e.g., in physics, mathematics, or computer science)
- Foundational understanding of machine learning, more detailed knowledge is a plus and very helpful
- Fluent in German (mother tongue or similar level) and English.
