About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define the sales strategy and execute day-to-day work to drive growth
  • Manage and drive key sales channels, focusing on securing new partnerships and contracts
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their challenges and proposing tailored AI/ML solutions
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement to close
  • Identify and build new industry sectors for dida's services
  • Propose and develop new ideas, processes, or sales approaches to increase brand visibility
  • Integrate ML Scientists into sales activities, translating their technical achievements into persuasive proposals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least three (3) years of proven experience in Sales or a related field
  • Experience in Sales related to technical products or IT services is a strong bonus
  • Academic degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or a technical degree, e.g., in physics, mathematics, or computer science)
  • Foundational understanding of machine learning, more detailed knowledge is a plus and very helpful
  • Fluent in German (mother tongue or similar level) and English.
