About the role

  • Strategic consulting & market development: You are dida’s face for specific industries and actively shape the strategy for your sector.
  • Vertical market expansion & market entry: You open up new vertical markets (e.g., energy, manufacturing, or GovTech).
  • Partner development: You manage the entire process – from initial market analysis to closing long-term project collaborations.
  • Growth strategy: You develop a roadmap to establish dida as a reliable ML partner.
  • Technical advisory & stakeholder management: You act as a sparring partner for decision-makers and translate technical potential into business cases.
  • Networking & process optimization: You represent dida at industry events and help optimize our sales and project processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or consulting, ideally in IT or deep-tech environments.
  • Basic understanding of machine learning (e.g., computer vision, deep learning).
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both researchers and executives.
  • Independent, proactive working style and enthusiasm for actively building up a market area.
  • Native-level German and fluent English for internal communication.
