About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with L&I LT to define, prioritize, and drive execution of strategic initiatives
Market and competitive analyses, business case development, investment justification and execution in close partnership with Product, Finance and other stakeholders
Establish clear plans, milestones, and success metrics to ensure accountable delivery
Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early; provide proactive mitigation plans and transparent status reporting across functional stakeholders
Support strategic planning, investment prioritization, and performance tracking through structured analysis and insights
Drive or help manage critical cross-functional workstreams tied to top L&I priorities
Lead efforts to establish and effectively launch / coordinate new products and revenue streams across the L&I vertical representing the commercial and operations teams
Support the integration of any M&A deals that impact L&I across the full lifecycle of the transaction from initial diligence through deal execution and post close integration
Coordination across workstreams to ensure focus and accountability
Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with the full L&I leadership team and all matrixed stakeholders to ensure alignment across all teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years in operations, strategy, product, or related leadership roles, preferably in healthcare tech-enabled services or health-tech organizations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related (MBA is a plus).
Proven track record of operating in a high growth environment and helping position teams and organizations for scale including the launch of new products/services.
Strong analytical and process optimization mindset, including demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct functional ownership
Leadership and team management experience strongly preferred.
Experience using Salesforce, Asana, Visio/Lucidchart and other commercial and operations related tools.
