Key responsibilities & impact

Lead product strategy and execution for the Outreach team within Payer Data Product
Drive technology-first approach to outreach to Providers via internal operations teams
Set vision for the product by outlining customer needs, addressing them, and planning future evolution
Engage with customers and customer-facing teams regularly
Identify areas of ambiguity and provide clear direction
Write great product documentation including roadmaps and business cases
Collaborate across the organization to drive adoption and address objections
Lead by example and attitude

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in product management, product strategy, or similar role ideally at a B2B health tech or healthcare company
Experience building and managing call center products, healthcare data workflows, or other high-volume, operations-focused systems
Thoughtful work approach
Highly organized with the ability to track multiple threads
Exceptional writing skills for documents and presentations
Great communication skills and leadership in planning meetings
Motivated to set and achieve both big vision and execution steps
Team player with empathy and understanding of others' motivations
Proactive in defining product evolution
