Requirements
What you’ll need- 10-12+ years in SaaS, technology, or enterprise software
- 3–5 years directly leading AI adoption and automation
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI and Anthropic
- Strong working knowledge of the modern AI/GenAI landscape
- Proven expertise in change management methodologies
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams
