About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and lead the enterprise M&A integration activities across technical domains
- Create integration readiness checklists across tooling, teams, and processes
- Standardize Jira and Confluence onboarding practices
- Establish governance with Strategy, Security, and IT stakeholders
- Drive executive-level reporting and risk visibility
- Define post-integration review and continuous improvement processes
- Ensure alignment of integration execution with business outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-7+ years in program management, transformation, or M&A integration
- Experience leading complex enterprise integrations
- Strong understanding of M&A lifecycle and integration challenges
- Experience building scalable operating models and frameworks
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
- Solid influencing and project management skills
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity.
