About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead change management efforts for integration clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact during integration updates
- Monitor ongoing integration performance
- Oversee task creation for new provider onboarding
- Coordinate cross team communication during onboarding
- Develop and optimize onboarding processes
- Lead onboarding and implementation for aggregator partners
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Development teams
- Conduct business-side testing for Salesforce releases
- Document test cases and partner with teams for issue resolution
- Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in operations, client integrations, project management, or change management (healthcare experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of onboarding workflows, integration processes, and cross-functional coordination
- Familiarity with Salesforce functionality
- Ability to write clear and structured technical requirements
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
