Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead change management efforts for integration clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during integration updates
  • Monitor ongoing integration performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, client integrations, project management, or change management (healthcare experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of onboarding workflows, integration processes, and cross-functional coordination
  • Familiarity with Salesforce functionality
  • Ability to write clear and structured technical requirements
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
