About the role

  • Lead the transformation of how legal and insurance organizations access, understand, and act on health data.
  • Build and scale AI products that leverage Datavant’s health data network and AI-powered insights to unlock faster, smarter decision-making across the legal and insurance ecosystem.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing, AI-native product organization that accelerates innovation and delivers the next generation of data-driven workflows for the industry.
  • Define the long-term product vision and strategy for the Legal & Insurance enterprise product portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Datavant’s health data connectivity network to create differentiated products, data capabilities, and insights.
  • Own product outcomes including customer adoption, product performance, and long-term market differentiation.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex enterprise or platform AI products
  • 5+ years of experience leading product management teams
  • Proven experience defining and executing product strategy for large-scale enterprise or data-driven platforms
  • Experience building products centered around AI, data exchange, analytics, insights, and workflow automation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex product initiatives
  • Experience leveraging AI in product development and delivering AI products
  • Strong ability to influence executive leadership, engineering leaders, and cross-functional partners
  • Experience operating in regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, finance, or legal is a plus
  • Strong systems thinker who can balance long-term platform strategy with near-term execution.
