Key responsibilities & impact

Own the Lead-to-Contract experience end-to-end
Partner with Enterprise Engineering, MDM, RevOps, Finance, Legal, and Sales
Define target-state workflows and data model in Salesforce
Shape upstream decisions for downstream domains
Manage the Lead-to-Contract backlog
Ensure integration of CLM templates into Salesforce
Ship with clear requirements and success metrics
Drive adoption through training and feedback loops
Own domain governance for change requests and release coordination
Communicate effectively across teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-6 years in product management, program management, or business systems at a company with meaningful operational complexity
Hands-on Salesforce implementation experience (as a solution architect, consultant, or business systems lead)
Knowledge of the platform and the business process
Ability to navigate conflicting stakeholder priorities
Systems thinking abilities to analyze changes and their impacts on workflows
Change management mindset for driving adoption of business systems changes
Strong discovery-oriented approach
Effective communicator and organized operator
