Requirements

15+ years in technology leadership
5+ years in a VP or senior director role
Experience building and operating production AI/ML systems
Architectural expertise in distributed systems and API platform design
Strong understanding of AI agent technology
Experience establishing engineering standards in regulated environments
Track record building developer platforms or internal tooling organizations
Ability to make architectural decisions under ambiguity
Strong cost management instincts
