Lead and mentor two Business Analysts, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.
Prioritize and delegate team projects aligned with Sales and Marketing strategic objectives.
Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends in sales performance, pricing effectiveness, order volume, and customer behavior.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to define KPIs and develop actionable dashboards using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
Review and refine pricing strategies across business units to ensure consistency, competitiveness, and revenue optimization.
Prepare and deliver executive-level reports, forecasts, and performance presentations.
Oversee development of pricing proposals, revenue models, RFP responses, and security assessments.
Project manage contract redlines and coordinate between Legal, Sales, and other business units.
Review and enhance current reporting frameworks; develop new dashboards and reporting solutions as needed.
Serve as the escalation point for pricing discrepancies and reporting gaps.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in business analysis or data analytics, including 1–2 years in a leadership or mentorship capacity.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong experience with SQL and Power BI (or similar BI tools).
Proven experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing pricing analysis, sales performance reporting, or revenue modeling initiatives.
