Support the Director of Legal and Compliance Operations in planning and executing departmental projects and initiatives.
Develop and manage compliance and legal related projects from inception to completion, including project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies between Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and business units.
Track progress, identify risks or obstacles, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Support the Director of Legal and Compliance Operations in managing operational frameworks and workflows.
Special Projects Support: Support execution of 6-month GDPR implementation plan, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery of compliance milestones.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or PMP certification
5+ years of experience in project management, legal operations, or compliance operations
Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g. HIPAA, HHS OIG, CMS, data privacy)
Proficiency with project management and legal operations tools (e.g. Smartsheets, GoogleSheets, Asana, Monday.com, or Contracts Lifecycle Management)
Strong project/program management, stakeholder communication, and change-management skills.
Analytical skills and objective judgment to effectively manage problem resolution.
Self-driven with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Excellent oral and written communication, organization, and time management skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and Outlook.
Proven ability to assess complex situations and prioritize multiple projects and demands.
