About the role
- Manage and execute learning and development programs that support the Provider Business, ensuring employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively and deliver high-quality, compliant outcomes.
- Design and implement training initiatives that address specific functional learning needs within the Provider organization by partnering closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Oversee the lifecycle of key learning programs and projects from needs assessment and design through launch, measurement, and continuous improvement ensuring all programs align with business objectives, integrate SME input, and meet compliance and quality standards.
- Work cross-functionally with Provider Business leaders, subject matter experts, and partners in Quality, Compliance, and Legal to ensure all learning content and initiatives align with operational goals, regulatory requirements, and Datavant’s quality and compliance standards.
- Support operational excellence across Provider teams by developing and delivering impactful learning experiences that drive quality, performance, engagement, and accountability.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of learning programs using data and feedback, champion a culture of learning and professional growth across the Provider Business, and represent L&D as a strategic partner in organizational success.
- Work remotely, with up to 20% travel
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Program Management, or Organizational Development, preferably within the Release of Information (ROI) or healthcare operations field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s degree a plus).
- Proven ability to design, manage, and scale programs that support operational teams particularly within a compliance-driven or healthcare environment.
- Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners, including Quality, Compliance, and Legal, to ensure training aligns with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning measurement.
- Preferred to have 3+ years of experience working with learning technologies, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Articulate Rise/Storyline, and other eLearning or performance support tools.
- Excellent project management, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to lead initiatives from concept to completion.
- Demonstrated success in using data to evaluate and improve program effectiveness.
