About the role
- Conduct comprehensive technical design reviews
- Define enterprise-level technical architecture and standards
- Manage technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities
- Design and implement integration patterns between Salesforce, Mulesoft, and enterprise systems
- Establish coding standards and documentation processes
- Develop a compliant DevOps process including a CI/CD pipeline
- Mentor and coach team members
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect
- 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Lead/Sr. Salesforce Developer
- Expert-level proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Flow
- Strong Service Cloud and call center experience
- Data 360 (Data Cloud) implementation experience
- Revenue Management (Revenue Cloud) or legacy CPQ implementation experience
- Experience with Mulesoft, Heroku, or Kafka middleware tools
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects
- Salesforce Application and System Architect Certifications
