About the role
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for HCC coding solutions
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Partner closely with internal teams for solution refinement
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with provider clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and represent the company at industry events
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare sales
- 3+ years selling solutions to risk-bearing providers (health systems, ACOs, IPAs)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Deep understanding of HCC coding, chart retrieval, risk adjustment methodologies, and value-based care models
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, clinical, and marketing teams
