About the role

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for HCC coding solutions
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Partner closely with internal teams for solution refinement
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with provider clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and represent the company at industry events

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare sales
  • 3+ years selling solutions to risk-bearing providers (health systems, ACOs, IPAs)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Deep understanding of HCC coding, chart retrieval, risk adjustment methodologies, and value-based care models
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, clinical, and marketing teams
