About the role
- Serve as the primary liaison between Telecom/UCC engineering and Product Management teams.
- Track and manage project deliverables, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders, project team members, and leadership.
- Develop and maintain weekly project updates, executive summaries, and progress documentation.
- Analyze and integrate data from multiple sources to establish project baselines and measure progress against them.
- Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and opportunities for improvement, and drive resolution.
- Ensure alignment of initiatives with Datavant’s technology-first, AI automation strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in contact center, CCaaS, or AI automation environments.
- Strong track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex technology projects.
- Experience with Telecom/UCC systems, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), or CCaaS solutions (Five9, Genesys, NICE, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use insights to establish baselines, track KPIs, and inform decisions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Familiarity with reporting/analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
