About the role
- Design, configure, and manage CCaaS solutions (Such as: Nice CXone Five9, Genesys, Amazon Connect, or equivalent) to meet evolving business needs.
- Assist with advanced and day-to-day activities related to our UCaaS solutions (Such as Ring Central, 8x8, MS Teams)
- Drive the integration of AI-powered automation and agentic workflows into contact center platforms.
- Lead development and management of APIs to enable seamless data flow across systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver omnichannel solutions with a focus on customer experience.
- Implement and maintain workforce management (WFM) tools and strategies.
- Develop robust reporting and analytics dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, or similar tools.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and compliance with security and privacy standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and serve as a subject matter expert in CCaaS and AI automation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with cloud contact center platforms (Five9, Genesys, NICE, or similar).
- Proven track record in designing and deploying CCaaS integrations and automation workflows.
- Strong proficiency in API functionality, development, and integration.
- Familiarity with AI-driven agentic systems, conversational AI, and automation frameworks.
- Experience with WFM systems and contact center optimization.
- Advanced knowledge of reporting/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- AWS certifications strongly preferred; experience with other cloud platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-first environment with minimal supervision.
