About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leverage delivery expertise to provide strategic consulting and engagement leadership.
- Own the end-to-end success of complex, high-value data and AI transformation projects.
- Drive strategic alignment of technical delivery roadmaps to client’s strategy focusing on measurable business objectives.
- Lead the execution of large, complex data and AI transformation programmes, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Maximize ROI by linking technical deliverables directly to measurable business outcomes.
- Take full financial ownership of the P&L for accounts.
- Manage communications and expectations at the executive and C-suite levels.
- Contribute to process, operational efficiency, and excellence within the Delivery function.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Multiple years of experience within a consulting firm, Big Four or Technical Consultancy or software vendor focused on complex enterprise transformation.
- Experience managing large-scale data and/or AI transformation programs (million + dollar scope, multi-year duration, involving 10+ team members).
- Proven expertise in the pre-sales and commercial process, including SOW creation, deal structuring, and managing scope through contracts.
- Exceptional senior and executive stakeholder management experience, with the ability to communicate complex technical roadmaps into clear business language.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience with financial management, forecasting, and P&L tracking for professional services engagements.
- Deep understanding of Agile and hybrid ways of working, particularly in the context of enterprise data programs.
- Agile Project Management, Prince2, or Scrum certification.
- Experience with JIRA or similar ITS software.
- A natural, engaging, and highly effective communicator and negotiator.
