About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Organise and facilitate training scoping calls with primarily AMER customers
Collaborate with internal consulting teams and external Google Cloud Account Teams to co-create tailored training proposals
Act as the main point of contact for in-house trainers and partner contractors
Manage end-to-end training logistics for a seamless customer journey
Own the feedback loop by gathering and monitoring class feedback
Compile necessary data for the Finance team's month-end billing process
Identify process inefficiencies within customer journey or partner onboarding
