About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Organise and facilitate training scoping calls with primarily AMER customers
  • Collaborate with internal consulting teams and external Google Cloud Account Teams to co-create tailored training proposals
  • Act as the main point of contact for in-house trainers and partner contractors
  • Manage end-to-end training logistics for a seamless customer journey
  • Own the feedback loop by gathering and monitoring class feedback
  • Compile necessary data for the Finance team's month-end billing process
  • Identify process inefficiencies within customer journey or partner onboarding
