About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Organise and facilitate training scoping calls with primarily AMER customers
- Collaborate with internal consulting teams and external Google Cloud Account Teams to co-create tailored training proposals
- Act as the main point of contact for in-house trainers and partner contractors
- Manage end-to-end training logistics for a seamless customer journey
- Own the feedback loop by gathering and monitoring class feedback
- Compile necessary data for the Finance team's month-end billing process
- Identify process inefficiencies within customer journey or partner onboarding
