About the role
- Analyze, compile, and present complex sales performance data, transforming raw metrics into actionable insights for leadership.
- Govern for accuracy the full Salesforce lifecycle, including user management, contact/account creation, and training.
- Assist in maintaining sales key reports and building ad hoc reports and insights in Salesforce or Looker.
- Update Sales and GTM targets in Salesforce and ensure data is ingested correctly into reporting dashboards.
- Lead sales enablement and onboarding, providing comprehensive training and resource provisioning.
- Conduct regional pipeline reviews to ensure data accuracy and monitor team adherence to established sales processes.
Requirements
- CRM Expert: You have experience with Salesforce (including CPQ and Dataloader) and a commitment to maintaining clean, audit-ready pipeline data.
- Data Driven: You possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to look past the numbers to understand the "why" behind sales performance and pipeline trends.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced level in Google Sheets/MS office (Pivot Tables, complex formulas) and experience with Looker or similar BI tools.
- Collaborative Mindset: You are a true team player, collaborating strategically with Delivery Operations and Finance teams to maintain holistic pipeline accuracy.
