About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Direct the enterprise AI transformation portfolio toward the highest business outcomes
Diagnose opportunities and distinguish AI use cases from process-improvement needs
Own intake, prioritization, sequencing, and delivery coordination across FDE, AI Enablement, platforms, and enterprise AI initiatives
Manage status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions, particularly for FDE
Build scalable standards, templates, governance, and repeatable operating processes
Unblock stalled engagements and systematize operational fixes
Serve as the primary operational contact for functional leaders
Prepare functions for workflow changes and drive solution adoption and sustainability
Coordinate with IT, Security, Legal, Finance, Engineering, and business units
Hold partners accountable without direct authority
Produce executive, board, and ownership-facing materials
Translate technical delivery into clear business decisions and answer CapVest questions
Maintain planned-versus-realized value and ROI frameworks
Partner with Finance and delivery teams to capture baselines and outcomes
Track time recaptured, throughput, quality, cost avoidance, adoption, and revenue impact
Tie defensible ROI claims to budget

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in program/project management or business operations
Experience running cross-functional programs in a SaaS, technology, or PE-backed environment
Proven ability to drive multi-workstream programs to financial and operational impact
Ability to build structure and take action in ambiguous environments
Strategic judgment to prioritize high-impact outcomes
Ability to distinguish where AI adds value from where process improvement should come first
Change-management experience driving adoption and managing the people side of change
Exceptional executive communication skills
Ability to independently produce defensible board- and ownership-facing materials
Financial literacy and comfort partnering with Finance
Ability to pressure-test ROI models and build trusted value-tracking frameworks
Technical fluency in AI, enterprise platforms, and FDE delivery models without needing to be an engineer
Ability to translate technical work for executives and owners
PMP certification is a plus
