Key responsibilities & impact

Build a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and behaviors by partnering with commercial teams and conducting user research and data analysis
Develop strategic roadmaps with clear milestones and measurable metrics
Work across machine learning, data scientists, design, engineering, QA, and product marketing
Prioritize initiatives ruthlessly using a data-driven approach
Craft detailed requirements informed by customer conversations
Establish yourself as the go-to expert and trusted leader for the product area
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of product management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience developing a strategic vision and product roadmap for data initiatives
Can partner and influence effectively across all levels of an organization
Experience in a prior start-up or high-ambiguity environment
Comfortable working hands-on with data to inform product decisions
Working knowledge of how data is structured and moved — data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data governance
Familiarity with modern data stack tools (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Airflow, dbt)
Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear product requirements and roadmaps that scale with the business
Domain knowledge and experience with the private capital markets (Bonus)
Prior experience as a data scientist, data engineer or senior data analyst (Bonus)
