About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, develop, and retain a team of AEs and BDRs in investment banking and advisory segment
  • Own quarterly and annual revenue targets managing pipeline health and deal velocity
  • Build partnerships with Datasite's advisory team to generate leads
  • Define territory strategy for bulge bracket and boutique advisory firms
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a sales management role
  • Proven track record of managing AEs in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Strong sales leadership skills with a focus on investment banking and M&A advisory
  • Ability to coach differently across strategic and mid-market sales motions
  • Experience building structured pipeline reviews and feedback frameworks
  • Comfortable with a hybrid work schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in office)
