About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support market pricing for new and existing roles across global regions using MarketPay and other compensation survey sources
- Assist with job evaluations, leveling, and internal equity reviews in partnership with HR Business Partners and Talent teams
- Support annual compensation processes, including merit and bonus cycles, through data preparation, validation, analysis, and reporting
- Prepare compensation analyses, models, and summaries to support recommendations and business decisions
- Ability to act as a subject matter expert, providing consultative insights, and collaborating with various functions.
- Help maintain salary structures, ranges, and job-related data, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Assist in the administration of compensation programs in alignment with company guidelines and applicable regulations
- Respond to routine compensation inquiries and ad hoc analysis requests from HR and business partners
- Support compensation-related reporting, documentation, and process improvement efforts
- Stay informed on compensation trends, market practices, and regulatory considerations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related analytical HR role
- Experience with market pricing and compensation survey data
- Strong Excel skills (e.g., formulas, lookups, pivot tables)
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to summarize and communicate findings clearly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
