💰 $83,800 - $141,500 per year

About the role

  • Serve as project manager on multiple simultaneous region-specific and multi-region marketing campaigns
  • Partner with internal and external resources to ensure the campaign meets visibility, quality, budget, results, and delivery expectations
  • Enhance/improve Marketing processes and our project management platform’s backend (Wrike)
  • Understand the business and company’s key objectives to contribute to project success
  • Manage resource allocation for assigned projects
  • Develop dashboards and similar tools for the team
  • Align regional and global marketing development and activation calendars
  • Occasionally work with outside agencies to address marketing project needs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or operations, preferably at a creative agency or within marketing
  • Critical thinking and problem solving to recognize areas in need of improvement
  • Ability to manage up, work autonomously, and take direction
  • Preferred: 3 or more years experience with Wrike
  • Ability to influence outcomes/timelines at all levels of the organization with confidence
  • Exceptional skill in self-managing and in maintaining ownership over several projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan and efficiently manage meetings
