About the role
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions that scale with business needs
- Act as a trusted advisor to global stakeholders
- Leverage automations to streamline operations and reduce manual effort
- Maintain documentation, configuration standards, and change control practices
- Proactively identify usability gaps or adoption challenges
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance through proactive validation rules
- Collaborate closely with developers, admins, analysts, and project managers
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a complex, multi-cloud environment
- Proven experience supporting CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions
- Deep understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes and data flows
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills—from C-suite to front-line reps
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and multiple solution paths
- Familiarity with change management best practices in a matrixed, global organization
- Gearset experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
