Collaborate closely with DataRobot customers to help them achieve their organization’s objectives with AI.
Work with public sector entities -- from the US Federal government, state and local institutions, and medical entities -- on diverse use cases.
Help technical and non-technical stakeholders identify areas to apply AI and work hand-in-hand with them to leverage DataRobot to meet their needs.
Use machine learning expertise to creatively define technical approaches to a wide array of prospect use cases.
Help build trust in DataRobot as an AI partner.
Lead data science implementation and help develop a Joint Success Plan (JSP).
Support customers with problem framing, data prep, scripting, model building, model deployment, model management, and output consumption.
Represent the DataRobot product to various personas across the customer organizations.
Influence customers through thought leadership by translating complex technical terms into business outcomes.
Act as a trusted advisor on AI across the customer lifecycle.
Act internally as the voice of the customer to the Product, informing the direction of future product feature development.
Present at conferences and/or help create other marketing content.

Requirements

5+ years of real-world business experience in a data science role
3+ years of experience in customer facing role
3+ years experience in Public Sector desired
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative subject
Hands-on experience building and implementing machine learning or AI models into production for Federal/DoD/IC customers.
Excellent communication and strong customer interaction skills.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with a variety of technical tools for the manipulation of data.
Ability to understand, write and collaborate with Python or R.
Familiarity with consultative sales process in the data/analytics marketplace (desired)
Familiarity and/or experience with generative AI concepts and tooling (desired)
Familiarity with data platform technology integrations (desired)
Experience dealing with complex customer organizations (desired)
Fluency with scripting in Python or R (preferably both) (desired)
