About the role
- Partner with sellers to understand business objectives and connect them to relevant DataRobot GenAI applications or platform capabilities; tailor technical messaging for different buyer personas by industry.
- Deliver engaging, outcome-oriented demos for both new prospects and existing customers; help shape and refine use cases based on maturity, need, and strategic alignment.
- Define key technical requirements, recommend deployment models, and advise on data readiness to ensure quick time-to-value for new and expansion opportunities.
- Surface patterns in customer objections, market trends, and technical blockers to Product, Marketing, and Enablement teams to strengthen positioning and readiness.
- Act as a trusted advisor across the sales team by supporting Account Executives, Strategic Account Directors, and Business Development Reps with the technical knowledge and assets needed to drive GenAI opportunities forward.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a data science, pre-sale solutions, or technical consulting role within a software or SaaS company; familiarity with GenAI-related sales a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree in a technical or analytical-related field a plus
- Willingness to travel onsite with customers up to 50% of the time
- Fluency in English and Arabic
