About the role

  • Support the sales team in creating, organizing, and tracking proposals, contracts, and documentation.
  • Work on lead generation and qualification.
  • Update and manage the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipefy), ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, opportunities, renewals, and commercial metrics.
  • Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams.
  • Schedule events, workshops, and commercial appointments.
  • Arrange meetings with clients, partners, and prospects, ensuring the team's calendar is well organized.
  • Assist the sales team with organizing meetings, presentations, and sending commercial proposals.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses of sales KPIs (conversion rate, sales cycle, forecasts, etc.).
  • Standardize processes and identify improvements to optimize sales operations.
  • Assist the finance team in reconciling data related to contracts, billing, and deadlines.
  • Track internal requests, follow up with clients, and maintain aligned administrative routines.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with administrative routines and/or commercial/sales functions.
  • Strong aptitude for data organization and process control.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset, proactivity, and attention to detail.
  • Differentials:
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.).
  • Experience working in technology companies or cloud consulting firms.
  • Basic knowledge of sales metrics and sales operations.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Pipefy).
