About the role
- Advise finance professionals from middle management through the C-suite and build long-term strategic relationships
- Customize and implement the Datarails FP&A platform for customers
- Understand client situations and simplify financial models and existing data
- Create detailed business analyses outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions (budgeting, forecasting, planning, monitoring, financial modeling, reporting)
- Manage, interpret, and validate customer data to improve quality of care
- Provide recommendations for process changes to optimize procedures and outcomes
- Gather requirements and provide ongoing financial reporting support and training on product updates
- Participate in upselling and renewal conversations to support customer retention and growth
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or a similar customer-facing role
- Finance or accounting background
- Deep knowledge and solid experience in advanced Excel functions (formulas, Vlookup, Pivot Table, Power Query, and complex models)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to engage with CFOs, VPs and Directors of Finance
- Comfort with upselling and renewal conversations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Must be based in the UK; no sponsorship or relocation assistance available
