About the role
- Datarails is an FP&A platform that automates data consolidation, reporting, and planning while keeping Excel workflows.
- Advise finance professionals from middle management through the C-suite and customize the Datarails platform.
- Train customers on product updates and guide adoption.
- Understand client situations, simplify models and existing data.
- Create detailed business analyses outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions (budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting).
- Manage, interpret, and validate customer-produced data, focusing on improving quality of customer care.
- Recommend process changes to optimize procedures and maximize outcomes.
- Build long-term strategic relationships, gather requirements, and provide financial reporting support.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or a similar customer-facing role, and a finance or accounting background.
- Deep knowledge and solid experience in advanced Excel functions (formulas, Vlookup, Pivot Table, Power Query, and complex models).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage CFOs, VPs, Directors of Finance and senior stakeholders.
- Comfort level with upselling and renewal conversations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- No sponsorship or relocation assistance is available.
