Advise finance professionals from middle management through the C-suite, customize their Datarails platform, and train them on product updates
Understand current client situations, helping simplify models and existing data
Create detailed business analyses outlining problems, opportunities and solutions (budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting)
Manage, interpret, and validate customer data and recommend process changes to optimize procedures
Build long-term strategic relationships with customers, gather requirements and provide financial reporting support

Requirements
2+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or similar customer-facing role, and a finance or accounting background
Deep knowledge and solid experience in advanced Excel functions (formulas, Vlookup, Pivot Table, Power Query and complex models)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to engage with CFOs, VPs and Directors of Finance
Comfortable with upselling and renewal conversations
