About the role
- Run the full sales cycle in a fast-paced startup environment from prospecting to closing
- Develop relationships with potential customers and identify their unique needs and challenges
- Drive the adoption of Datarails' FP&A solution and create bespoke proposals and solutions
- Own forecasting targets and deliver on quarterly and annual quotas
- Work with the SDR team to generate and close revenue opportunities
- Liaise with finance professionals (CFO, VP Finance, Controllers) to demonstrate value and tailor solutions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive selling a complex B2B SaaS product or 2+ years of experience in FP&A
- Proven ability to over-achievement on sales quota
- Tenacity and professionalism with great time management skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of accounts and opportunities and document sales activity in Salesforce and other tools
- Experience with CRMs such as Hubspot or SalesForce and sales enablement tools
- Ability to understand, quantify, and synthesize the technical and commercial needs/challenges of prospects
- Strategic, independent self-starter proficient in outbounding and selling against a framework/system
