About the role
- Build and maintain high-quality prototypes and production-ready features written in Scala, Java, Go, Python, and TypeScript (React)
- Partner with AI research scientists, designers, and engineers
- Work on tools and workflows efficiently combining human and AI tasks at scale
- Drive improvements in security, scalability, reliability, and performance
- Collaborate with a multinational team to deliver innovative human-AI tools and workflows
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a full-stack development role
- Experience with Java (or other object oriented languages) and React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience working with streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, etc), databases (Postgres, MySQL, etc)
- Experience with RESTful services, web sockets, GRPC and Protobuf
- Strong design sense and skills to build visually appealing prototypes that follow good user interaction guidelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with human-centered design and development processes
- Interest in building AI-enabled tools and workflows
