Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and implement customer decisioning solutions using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
Build and configure Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies, engagement policies, and decision strategies
Develop adaptive models and real-time decisioning capabilities to optimize customer interactions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand customer engagement requirements and translate them into scalable Pega solutions
Integrate Pega CDH with enterprise applications using REST APIs and other integration technologies
Configure customer journeys and personalized engagement across multiple channels
Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables
Document technical designs, configurations, and implementation processes
Support deployment activities and provide post-production support as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience
Strong hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
Expertise in Next-Best-Action (NBA) Designer, Decision Strategies, and Engagement Policies
Experience with Adaptive Decisioning and Customer Journey Management
Knowledge of Pega Case Management
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations
Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
