Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the daily EDI operations
Focus on production support and administration of EDI documents
Implement process improvements within the EDI structure
Lead customer-based projects digitizing current processes
Work closely with SAP business analysts to resolve issues
Provide training to new and existing system users
Build, test, and maintain all system interfaces
Identify and develop procedures for system recovery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong EDI experience in X12 and EDIFACT standards
Familiarity with Seeburger as a service delivery partner in an SAP environment
Focus on Sales & Distribution (SD), FI-EDI, and SAP EDI configuration
Experience with production support, administration, and Control
Knowledge of identifying and implementing process improvements
Ability to perform detailed analysis of project requirements
Familiarity with VAN, AS2, (S)FTP, and HTTP(S) partners
Experience in design and mapping specification creation
Understanding of EDI capabilities and autoload implementation
Project management skills for digitizing business processes
Ability to develop systems documentation and training programs
Capability to provide project and technical guidance to IS members or consultants
