About the role

  • Responsible for the daily EDI operations
  • Focus on production support and administration of EDI documents
  • Implement process improvements within the EDI structure
  • Lead customer-based projects digitizing current processes
  • Work closely with SAP business analysts to resolve issues
  • Provide training to new and existing system users
  • Build, test, and maintain all system interfaces
  • Identify and develop procedures for system recovery

Requirements

  • Strong EDI experience in X12 and EDIFACT standards
  • Familiarity with Seeburger as a service delivery partner in an SAP environment
  • Focus on Sales & Distribution (SD), FI-EDI, and SAP EDI configuration
  • Experience with production support, administration, and Control
  • Knowledge of identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Ability to perform detailed analysis of project requirements
  • Familiarity with VAN, AS2, (S)FTP, and HTTP(S) partners
  • Experience in design and mapping specification creation
  • Understanding of EDI capabilities and autoload implementation
  • Project management skills for digitizing business processes
  • Ability to develop systems documentation and training programs
  • Capability to provide project and technical guidance to IS members or consultants
