Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in B2B/BPO marketing
Development, management, and optimization of social content calendar
BPO experience in social media; knowledge of scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
Creation, curation, and oversight of high-quality social content (copy, visuals)
Support for executive and SME thought leadership content
Collaboration with marketing, PPC, content, analytics, and HR teams
Ability to analyze social performance and provide actionable insights
Strong copywriting and editing skills for executive and brand-level content
Preferred 5 years of experience managing social media for B2B brands
Proven experience with LinkedIn following and engagement
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
