About the role
- Work tightly with Sales and Partner teams to build a strong catalog of assets dedicated to SAS/Alteryx migration initiatives, driven by market signals, Generative AI, partner/customer requests, and service deliveries
- Own building and delivery of solutions from ideation to full delivery: scoping, specifications, implementation of accelerators and user interfaces, packaging final products, delivered alone or with Solution Engineering
- Run detailed workshops with co-building partners, manage detailed research activities, and produce documentation to deliver scalable, easy-to-use assets
- Lead initial roll-out of Solutions in market: demos, implementations, partner training, marketing, and enablement of Dataiku teams
- Act as go-to-person on migration topics, supporting go-to-market activities from pre-sales to adoption
- Be an active member of Dataiku’s Solutions Engineering group: support engineering roadmap, contribute to technical research, own transversal projects, and integrate newer technologies such as Generative AI
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering AI/ML projects from conception to production at scale
- Python development skills with extensive experience in data ETL, cleaning, and feature engineering
- Proven track record of independently scoping, managing, and delivering data science projects
- Migration expertise with legacy analytical tools (SAS, Alteryx preferred) and deep understanding of their data structures and workflows
- Engineering mindset with passion for packaging data science use cases into reusable, production-ready solutions
- Solution development experience, including creating visualizations, building integrations, and developing modular components
- Business-focused approach that bridges the gap between technical capabilities and business outcomes
- Client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality documentation and customer engagements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt technical depth for diverse audiences (from executives to technical teams)
- Global team collaboration experience working effectively in distributed, international environments, with a knowledge-sharing mindset and eagerness to mentor colleagues and educate customers
- Curious and autonomous learner who thrives in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments; business outcome-oriented with a focus on scalable, market-ready deliverables
- Highly structured approach to project management and solution development
- Experience with Generative AI, knowledge graphs, or optimization solvers (nice to have)
- WebApp development experience (JavaScript, Dash, RShiny) (nice to have)
- Previous experience in solution consulting or pre-sales technical roles (nice to have)
