Represent Dataiku's AI and analytics Governance and FSI Solutions teams in APAC, acting as primary representative in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Australia
Support pre-sales activities for Dataiku’s AI and analytics governance offering including product demonstrations, value proposition presentations, implementation and integration principles, and opportunity management with Sales Engineering and account teams
Support pre-sales activities for Dataiku’s FSI offering by scoping solution- or use case-specific demos and presenting existing solutions to customers
Deliver post-sales activities on AI governance: map customer governance principles to product capabilities, plan required workshops, deliver customized workflows and user training, and ensure end-to-end delivery
Deliver post-sales activities on Dataiku’s potential in FSI: envision new ways of working with Dataiku and advise/support Global Services on build and implementation of discrete use cases
Implement an efficient end-to-end approach to AI Governance implementation: involve key stakeholders, conduct deep dives on customer needs, identify and advise on AI governance frameworks, and map requirements to product features
Establish regional expertise as an AI Governance SME with FSI experience through internal upskilling and external panels/speaking engagements
Contribute to product development by reporting customer feedback and shaping the roadmap
Exercise business/policy expertise and technical skills to ideate and develop Governance Solutions and customer customizations
Contribute to AI regulatory watch, marketing, internal enablement, and partner network development
Requirements
Masters degree
7 to 10 years of work experience with outstanding track record in complex project management and roll-out, with the capacity to move from initial initiative design to program roll-out
1 to 3 years of direct AI and Analytics Governance experience preferred
Proven expertise in governance or regulation-related topics
Good understanding of AI and related governance needs or direct experience with AI governance (a plus)
Ability to gain competence and expertise with our product offering and its capabilities and translate customers’ scoped needs and requirements into technical and practical solutions
Strong translational skills with ability to listen to customers’ needs and requirements and identify or propose relevant practical solutions
Able to make detailed recommendations and not afraid to actually do the work
Capable of handling projects end-to-end in an autonomous and inclusive manner, and of sharing best practices with all stakeholders
Strong People and Relationship management and at ease working with others, whether collaborating with colleagues across teams or supporting and advising customers across geographies
Great communication skills (both written and oral), able to clearly articulate and present complex situations and concepts
